Most of our work arrives by referral — one household telling another. We treat that as the only review system that really matters.
Our approach to reviews
We do not buy, incentivize, or cherry-pick ratings, and we will not publish review counts or star averages we cannot stand behind. Instead, we do two things consistently: we ask every client for a private, honest review after the move — and we act on what we hear.
References on request
Considering us for a move? Ask your coordinator for references. We will connect you with recent clients — in your town where possible — who have agreed to speak with prospective clients about how their move actually went.
After your move
Every client receives a short private survey once the last carton is out of the house. With your written permission, excerpts may appear on this page, attributed by first name and town only. Until then, we would rather this page be short than inflated.
