White-glove is not a label we apply to a normal move. It is a different way of running one. A coordinator walks your home before anything is quoted. A written plan covers every room, every piece, and every date. The crew that packs is the crew that loads, drives, and places. When we leave, beds are made up, art is hung to plan, and the packing material leaves with us.

The process
How it works

Consultation and survey
We start with a conversation, then walk the home — in person or by video. We measure staircases, note what needs crating, and listen to how you want the new house to work.

Written plan and quote
You receive an itemized written quote and a move plan: dates, crew size, packing sequence, building requirements. The number is explained line by line before you sign.

Packing
On packing days the crew works room by room against the inventory. Every carton is labeled, photographed, and listed. Fragile pieces are crated, not hoped for.

Move day
Floors, rails, and casings are protected before the first piece moves. The crew lead walks the plan with you in the morning and confirms each stage as the day runs.

Placement and unpacking
At the new home, furniture is placed to the agreed plan, reassembled, and leveled. Cartons are unpacked to surfaces, and all material is removed the same day.

Follow-up
Your coordinator checks in after the move. If anything needs adjusting — a piece re-hung, a carton retrieved from storage — it is scheduled, not chased.
