Check whether the property is in the city or township

Hubbard is an incorporated city in Trumbull County. This page's map uses Census place GEOID 3936582. It is not a map of ZIP 44425, the surrounding Hubbard Township or every address with a Hubbard mailing name. Keep the actual property and the services you need at the center of the decision.

The Trumbull County Auditor links its official property search. Start with the full address and parcel identifier, then verify the records and relevant jurisdiction with their owner. A listing price or an old bill does not establish future property costs, permitted use or account responsibility.

For proposed alterations or a home business, use the city zoning contact to identify applicable requirements for the exact property. General permit topics are not approval for a particular project. Confirm the answer before relying on a planned driveway, room conversion or other change.

Assess rooms, storage and the route you will use

Walk through a prospective home with your own furniture and routines in mind. Check bed and wardrobe space, room openings, outlets, storage and usable circulation after furniture is placed. Look at the route from a practical vehicle position through the entrance to bedrooms and the bathroom.

Include a basement, attic, garage and stairs between levels. Ask appropriate professionals to assess concerns about condition, moisture or building systems. Distinguish completed work from repairs promised for later and keep the agreed scope and dates with the property documents.

If someone needs a more accessible routine, test the entire route rather than a single flat path or wide doorway. Check thresholds, interior turns and the spaces used every day. Discuss feasible changes with the owner and qualified professionals before committing to a layout that depends on them.

04 /

Read the lease around the receiving day

For a rental, confirm the date and time possession begins, the key handoff and anything required before furniture arrives. Ask who controls shared entrances and private parking, whether the carrying route crosses another resident's space and which working hours or floor protection the owner requires.

Identify the accounts the tenant opens and the services included by the landlord. Keep agreed arrangements for pets, storage or property changes with the lease. If you will stay temporarily with family, confirm which residency documents schools and account providers can accept.

Match the delivery plan to usable access. A mailing address or signed document alone does not establish that the rooms are empty, the correct door can be opened or someone will be present to receive the shipment.

05 /

Ask the district about the address, grade and start date

Confirm responsibility for the full property address with the district before making school arrangements. The city outline and postal ZIP do not assign a pupil. Keep the intended grade, start date, transport needs and any existing support arrangements together when contacting the enrollment office.

Hubbard Exempted Village School District's 2026–27 kindergarten announcement gives 330-534-1921 ext. 4001 and describes an appointment process. It names residency evidence, birth and immunization records, parent identification and applicable custody documents. Its March and April appointment dates are past; ask the office for current availability.

A kindergarten notice is not a complete checklist for every transfer or grade. Confirm the applicable documents, attendance date and transportation arrangements with the district. Keep school records accessible during the move, and arrange the first school journey separately from furniture delivery.

06 /

Open the correct municipal accounts

Hubbard's Utility Billing Department is at 220 West Liberty Street, with 330-534-3054 for account questions. Its move-in instructions distinguish homeowners, residential tenants and businesses. Owners are asked for an application, deed or settlement statement and photo identification; tenants for an application, signed lease, identification and a deposit.

Confirm the current form, documents, deposit and submission method with the office for your account. For a departure, arrange the final meter-reading date and forwarding address and ask about the final bill and any deposit settlement. Do not assume the previous resident's account automatically becomes yours.

The city has a municipal electric department. Its Water Department page describes a wholesale supply relationship with Aqua Pennsylvania; that does not identify Aqua as the resident's retail billing office. Check the actual address and current bill to establish account scope, including sewer responsibility. Confirm gas, heating fuel, internet installation and services included in the lease separately, with access available when an appointment requires it.

07 /

Build costs from the household and property documents

Combine rent or financing with the property-specific taxes, insurance, utility responsibilities, travel and maintenance that apply to your household. Ask for current information and the relevant billing period rather than using a saved figure as a future quotation.

The Hubbard income-tax office gives 330-534-6299 for questions. Ask the office or a qualified adviser how the actual address and circumstances affect the household; this guide does not quote a current rate or determine an individual obligation.

Include one-time account setup, moving, temporary accommodation and any storage stage in the arrival budget. Compare daily journeys and practical services as well as the housing payment. A lower rent can involve a less convenient work, care or school trip.

08 /

Test the trip and the way home

Plan work, school, shopping and appointments from the proposed address, including the return journey and parking or walking time. If you drive, test relevant times of day and use ODOT OHGO for current conditions near the travel date. Straight-line distance to Youngstown is not a commute-time promise or an approved truck route.

For county demand-response travel, Trumbull County Transit's reservation instructions request at least 48 hours' advance scheduling, complete pickup and destination addresses, arrival and return times and mobility information. Ask the appropriate provider about eligibility, coverage, capacity, current notice and cost before relying on a booking.

WRTA maps and schedules describe fixed routes in Mahoning County and Warren. The route index does not establish a suitable fixed-route stop at every Hubbard city address. Verify the actual stop, direction, transfers and last return, or an appropriate alternative, rather than choosing a home on an assumed bus connection.

09 /

Separate everyday parking from furniture delivery

Ask where residents and visitors can park, who controls shared spaces and which access must stay clear. Check the approach and destination parking for the journeys you will make repeatedly. A space that works for your car may be too short for the assigned moving vehicle or leave insufficient room for loading.

Furniture delivery needs a specific standing and carrying arrangement. Show the surface, gradient, overhead clearance, turning space and route to the entrance. Obtain the owner's agreement for private land and identify the responsible road authority for a street proposal.

The city Street Department is a starting contact, not a reservation service. Check current restrictions, including whether the dated 2026 resurfacing work affects the actual location. Keep junctions, sidewalks, fire-station access and other entrances usable. Join the agreed position to the shipment plan through the separate moving services page.

10 /

Make ordinary errands work without unpacking everything

List the grocery, pharmacy, care and household trips you make in an ordinary week. Check actual opening hours, travel, parking and whether the service you need is available. If someone cannot drive, test the routine without assuming another household member will always provide transport.

Ask existing providers how prescriptions, records and continuing appointments should transfer. Arrange time-sensitive needs before arrival and keep essential supplies and contact information with you. A nearby building or directory listing does not establish appointment availability, service suitability or acceptance of your plan.

11 /

Use the library as a practical household resource

Hubbard Public Library's location page lists 436 West Liberty Street. Check current hours and the journey before a visit. Its card instructions distinguish virtual access from a physical collection card, for which visitors are asked to bring valid identification and proof of address.

For questions, the card page gives 330-534-3512 ext. 6104. Confirm the arrangement that applies to your household, including any nonresident terms; do not assume everyone has the same eligibility. Ask about the particular program, borrowing service or resource you intend to use. Keep a first visit separate from relying on an unconfirmed appointment.

12 /

Visit Harding Park with the intended activity in mind

The city's Harding Park location and township park contact identify 249 Roosevelt Drive. This is a useful real destination for investigating outdoor recreation and the journey from a prospective home, rather than an invented residential neighborhood.

The park operator's rules identify Hubbard Township Free Park, require leashed dogs and direct vehicles to designated roads and parking. Check current facilities, accessible routes and availability for the activity you need. Contact the operator about a reservation; a directory entry does not book a pavilion or authorize staging a moving truck.

13 /

Confirm the receiving rules before setting items out

Ask the property owner or responsible rubbish service about the actual collection day, oversized items and departure arrangements. Packaging, unwanted furniture, construction debris and household chemicals may require different destinations. Decide how packing waste will leave the property after delivery.

The Geauga-Trumbull drop-off list distinguishes the Hubbard city site at the Fire Department, 33 West Liberty Street, from the township site at 2600 Elmwood Drive Extension. Check current acceptance instructions and visitor arrangements; container servicing days are not opening hours, and access to the fire station must stay clear.

The district operator publishes current county-facility information for 5138 Enterprise Drive NW in Warren. Confirm materials and hours with that operator before a trip. A copied older schedule on another municipal page should not override the receiving facility's current instructions.

The city's September 29, 2026 branch-pickup notice describes a dated October 5–9 run with branches at the curb, outside the street. That notice does not cover moving cartons or unwanted furniture, and leaf dates were still to be announced. Check the current collection arrangements rather than repeating a past notice as a standing service.

14 /

Keep the approach usable as conditions change

Arrange who clears wet leaves, snow or other obstacles from the agreed approach before delivery. Check steps, landings and the continuous route to the entrance, and tell the move-planning team when conditions change. A carrying problem should be resolved before someone arrives with a large piece of furniture.

Check the forecast and OHGO conditions near travel time. When choosing a property, ask the appropriate professional about drainage, moisture or other concerns specific to that site. This city outline is not a parcel, flood or insurance assessment, and a municipal name does not establish that every property has the same exposure.

Check the usable route when weather and ground conditions change.

15 /

Reconcile the first week before the furniture arrives

Put possession, usable keys, utility accounts, school or care arrangements and the receiving contact on one arrival checklist. Keep identification, account confirmations, medication, clothing, simple food and bedding with you. Allow for a changed delivery date without making essentials inaccessible in storage.

At the property handoff, record condition through the agreed process and identify issues requiring follow-up. Confirm the rooms and carrying route before directing large furniture. Set boxes outside the walking and working routes while you make the bedroom and kitchen usable.

During the first week, test the ordinary journeys you planned, confirm waste arrangements and resolve remaining account questions. Leave time for an accessible routine, a new school or a tightly scheduled job. A workable arrival includes both the shipment and the household's ability to live there.

Questions before you arrive

Is ZIP 44425 the same as Hubbard city?

No. Confirm the actual parcel and jurisdiction. This map follows incorporated Census place 3936582, not the postal area or surrounding Hubbard Township.

Who handles Hubbard municipal utility accounts?

Start with the city Utility Billing Department, 220 West Liberty Street, 330-534-3054. Confirm the account scope, current application, documents, deposit and dates for the actual address.

Does Aqua Pennsylvania automatically bill my household for water?

The city Water Department describes a wholesale supply relationship. That does not establish the resident's retail account provider. Check the municipal billing office and the actual account.

Can the kindergarten notice be used for every school transfer?

No. Confirm the full address, grade and current process with the district. The 2026–27 announcement concerns kindergarten and includes past appointment dates.

Can I assume a bus is available from any Hubbard address?

No. Verify the particular trip, stop or county provider, eligibility, advance notice, cost and return. The county reservation instructions and WRTA route index serve different travel questions.

What needs to be ready before furniture delivery?

Usable keys and rooms, the agreed vehicle position and carrying route, destination rooms, a receiving contact and essential household arrangements, with a feasible alternative if the handoff changes.
